The Haut-Jura nature Park

The Haut Jura Nature Park is a place where culture and nature combine in a way that takes each to new heights. A wonderful place for unforgettable experiences and a treat for your eyes and ears.

The Haut Jura Nature Park is not just about the landscapes, it's also about the history. And to enable visitors to fully appreciate both aspects the Maison du Parc  presents a fun and informative permanent exhibition. Thanks to the "From the Virtual to the Natural" smartphone app (lien vers appli mobile) you will have everything you need to enjoy the park to the full when you go out visiting it.

For those who can't choose between nature and culture the Heritage Outings and the Craft Expertise Route will give you a better idea of the Park as a whole and enable you to find out a bit more about its history.

This unique setting is also where the Azimut and Idéklic festivals are held to the delight of all those attending. And in addition to its remarkable landscapes the Regional Nature Park is also noteworthy for its specific acoustic qualities, something you can appreciate for yourself as part of a new event - "Sonorous Landscapes”.

Ideklic festival

The Idéklic Festival for children is held in July each year in Moirans-en-Montagne at the heart of the Haut-Jura.

The programme is made up of indoor and street performances together with numerous different workshops to find out more about art, music, science, and so on.
