Two high square towers, walled inner courts and dry ditches, a unique pigeon-houses and an ancient wall: this is the castle of Oricourt, built in the 12th century. This well preserved site is further complemented by several residences and a farmhouse which dates from the 15th and the 18th centuries respectively. In these shady surroundings, this castle is one of the most impressive examples of the military architecture of the Middle-Ages in France-Comté.
